At Credo Hall, every piece is crafted and handled with precision. Due to the exclusive nature of our collections, all sales are final.


No Returns or Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and confirmed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.


Exceptions (Our Error):

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or wrong-sized item due to an error on our part, please contact credohall@gmail.com or through our Contact page within 14 days of delivery. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or a full refund.


Condition Requirements:

Returned items (in the case of a verified error) must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.


Refunds:

Approved refunds for qualifying cases will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.


Non-Returnable Items:

All other purchases, including limited edition releases and final sale products, are non-refundable and non-returnable.
